Refund Policy
Crixcrox provides custom digital services that reserve production time and deliver work in phases. This policy explains how refunds are handled for consulting, design, development, SEO, automation, strategy, and content production engagements.

Custom service model
Because services are tailored to each client and scheduled in advance, payments are not treated like physical-product returns. Refund decisions are based on work already completed, time already reserved, and any third-party costs committed for the project.

Non-refundable amounts
Amounts already applied to completed consulting, strategy, design, development, SEO, automation, content production, discovery work, or reserved production time are non-refundable. Approved third-party purchases, subscription costs, platform fees, and processor fees are also non-refundable once incurred.

When a partial refund may apply
If a project is canceled before all work has been performed, Crixcrox may issue a partial refund only for prepaid work that has not yet been started and for time that has not been reserved or committed. Any such refund is calculated after deducting completed work, reserved time, and committed project costs.

How to request a refund review
To request a refund review, email hello@crixcrox.com with your project name, invoice reference, and the reason for the request. Requests should be submitted as soon as possible after the issue arises so project status can be reviewed accurately.

Chargebacks and disputes
If you have a billing concern, please contact Crixcrox before initiating a chargeback. We will make a good-faith effort to review the project, outstanding obligations, and any remaining work to resolve the issue fairly.
